Soufriere St. Lucia Tour – What to Expect
Your first stop is the charming fishing community of Anse-la-Raye.
We continue the drive through the village of Canaries. Be sure to have your camera ready to capture the beautiful scenery along the way.
We carry on along winding roads through St. Lucia’s rain forest before reaching Soufriere. You’ll marvel at the magnificent twin peaks as you descend into the town of Soufriere.
Capture some amazing views of St. Lucia’s spectacular twin peaks-Gros & Petit Piton at the Soufriere viewing point.
Drive along Soufriere Bay where you’ll start to see Petit Piton soaring majestically approximately 2,600 feet from the ocean.
The tour will stop at the Diamond Botanical Gardens, “a mystical location!”
Then we head to the Sulphur Springs for a guided tour of the world’s only drive-in volcano where you will see bubbling pools of black sulphur letting out huge puffs of steam.
Experience a therapeutic mudbath in the Sulphur Springs – one of St Lucia’s most popular tourist attractions.
Then,
Delight your tastebuds with a delicious local St. Lucian lunch at a local restaurant in Soufriere, before you head back to the north.
On the way back to the north, you’ll visit the picturesque Marigot Bay.
Marigot Bay is among the Caribbean’s most incredible bays.
It’s well-known for several battles between the English and the French during the war for St. Lucia.
This picturesque bay has become a yacht haven and one of St.Lucia’s most incredible tourist attractions.
